Colour Fastness Testing

Crockmaster
Colour fastness to rubbing tester
Colour fastness to rubbing is the most basic of colour fastness tests, yet Crockmaster is designed with exquisite attention to detail. The product designers focused on your testing needs to ensure the crockmeter is simple to use and versatile. Available as a manual or motorised device, Crockmaster is used to determine colour fastness to wet and dry rubbing.
Apart from textiles, Crockmaster is used to test the colour fastness to rubbing of carpets, laminates, and printing inks, as well as the microscratch resistance of lacquers, coatings and painted surfaces. If you have a special application, please discuss the details with us.
Designed to test textile and leather samples, Gyrowash is used to determine colour fastness to washing, dry cleaning and chlorinated water. Small and large test vessels are interchangeable, so testing can be carried out to both European (ISO) and American (AATCC) standards.
